Process.

1) In firefox, go to tools, options, save file as: desktop
2) "save file" of landfill file
3)Click on Demographic link in Blackboard
2) hit "Download" (do not sign into acrobate)
3) save to "Water facility folder" from before
4) go to geocommons
5) "UpLoad Data"
6) Water facilities folder (all 4 files) and demographic data
7) do shapefile first, "Finish"
8) Alter shape + color of data (very small dots are best)
9)"add Data"---demographic set, ad an alter
10) Change base map
11) save
12) details, embed
